Markie Post is a noted American actor best known for her role as public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels on ABCs drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. In addition to her acting work, she's been involved in several game shows. The Post family, which includes her two sisters and daughter were raised by her scientist father Richard F. Post, and poet Marylee Post in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School is where she went to school and was involved in cheerleading. Following a short stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Personally, Post was earlier engaged to Stephen Knox. From 1982, she's been married to actor cum writer Michael A.
