Zazie O. Beetz was conceived in Berlin on November 21, 1991. Her father is a German cabinet maker who emigrated into the United States in 1990 after the fall of the Berlin Wall, and her mother is a South African-American social worker from New York. Jennifer Aniston attended the same high-school as Beetz. Beetz went to Skidmore College to study French after completing LaGuardia. After college she immediately auditioned for the role as Van at Atlanta. Born in Berlin to an German father and an African-American mother, Beetz was brought up on the streets of New York speaking both German and English in the her home. Zazie began doing shows on community and local stages in her early years. In grade school she began acting and eventually became a professional actor. Zendaya's Disney Channel Breakout role Zendaya's dance skills have earned her acclaim. In 2010, the dancer and actress got her first break-out part when she got the role in the role of Rocky Blue in the show 'Shake It Up', with the co-star Bella Thorne. Zendaya's veg-eating journey was first noticed at 11 after she visited the local slaughterhouse while on an outing with her dad. PEOPLE says she told them, "It was horrible to witness all the animals awaiting slaughter in that slaughterhouse." This was the method I was using to get my food was shocking to me.
